i got word this evening that our buddy (danzig) missed his flight out of argentina. how he always manages to do this, i will never know. it’s a mystery. (mostly) tonight’s in-flight movie is gigli.

the new cure album came out today. it’s fresh. much, much better than “bloodflowers” or “wild mood swings”. it reminds me a bit of “wish”. it’s got the new feel but the old quality of songwriting. it amazes me when old geezers such as these make bloody brilliant music and these young blokes are playing the same 4 power chords over and over. i think i have to visit the loo now.
