“a diversion.”

we did the lord of the rings marathon this past sunday. it went quick and didn’t really feel like an entire day had gone by. it was fun, though, and showed how well all three movies work together, just as they do individually. one thing i noticed in the two towers was how every time gollum coughs, it sounds like he is saying “gollum.” i didn’t catch it before, but after seeing the gollum backstory in return of the king, it stands out much more. i am convinced now that return of the king is my favorite of the three. it’s wicked good.
