yes, it is true. i have seen it.
to put it simply, they need to slow down if they want spidey to live on through at least three more movies (which is what they are saying right now). while it was a lot of fun, i can’t help but feel like there was too much going on. too many villains, too many subplots. it lacked a bit of focus.
but when you have kirsten dunst singing and tobey maguire disco dancing, it’s got to be good, right? also, the “buddy cop” feel of the final fight scene was ‘tarded.
this seems to be the trend with superhero movies. they go downhill as they get bigger and more popular. now is the time to give the reigns to someone else. just make sure the next movie does not star arnold schwarzenegger as rhino and uma thurman as black cat.

actually, i agree. as far as superheroes go, he’s not that great. batman can kick his ass several times over. i just go see the movies because they are wildly entertaining, but they are starting to lose even that. they need to ditch the bitch (kirsten dunst).
