about a week ago, i had this strange dream that i was helping matthew good make his new music video. the details are all blurry and i can’t remember if i was in it or just watching from the sidelines.
the next day i was reading his blog like i normally do and there was a post about fans making the video for a song from his new album. it was kind of eerie how the two things were related.
today, i was reading a post on his blog about him doing a mini acoustic show/pool party thing in las vegas for a few select fans. naturally, being that i love pool parties, i had to send an e-mail request. all i can do now is wait to see what fate has in store for me.
i will say this: i’ve had a peculiar feeling about seeing matthew good in vegas. almost like a premonition. if it’s meant to happen, it will happen. and nothing would thrill me more than seeing one of my favourite artists perform in close proximity.
i think i’ll go rub velvet elvis for luck.
