at my “job” in the college’s midi lab, i made another song. i might explore this idea a little more since the end didn’t work the way i wanted and it could be much better with more parts and longer sections. every time i’m messing around with the software, i find new things to try. like the guitar plugin, although it would sound better just playing a guitar instead of using a keyboard to synthesize a guitar.
the story behind the “vocals” is something i was reading in a william s. burroughs’ book. one of the characters talks about a substance found in south america called “yage” which stimulates telepathic abilities in its users.
