yesterday’s spring birthday bash went off very well. a lot of people showed and we ate and played wii and had fun. the dogs were being crazy, but only slightly crazier than the boys. the only thing that kept those boys occupied was the wii bowling.
before we cut the cake, i made an announcement. i got on my knee and begged her to be my wife. she said yes and now we are going to be together forever.
i would have to say that the anticipation was the hardest part. waiting to have all the family and friends involved. it was worth the wait, but i’m glad it’s over. of course, as a guy, i just want the ooey gooey stuff to be done quickly. but i know in 50 years when i traverse the hallways of my memories i will be glad i didn’t skip the hard parts.

Yay!!!! Congrats to you guys!
Ive always found that the best times are when you put the hard parts together with the ooey gooey stuff.
And no, I dont know what that means.
grilled cheese (grandma style)
